All general donations should now be made to our Provincial Relief Chest. Donations should be made using the same procedure as we have used for the MBF i.e. if the donation is being made to coincide with an Official Visit or similar, then write a cheque or promissory note for a photo opportunity with the visiting VIP, then retain it or destroy it. Send the donation by BACS, to sort code 18-00-02 a/c no. 02582535 a/c name “The Relief Chest Scheme”. The reference to quote is “MMM2025”. The lodge name should come up on the RCS’ bank statement to identify who sent it. Send a confirmation email detailing your lodge name, number and if Mark or RAM, amount, date sent and reference used to reliefchest@mcf.org.uk and a copy to the new Provincial Charity Steward W.Bro. No more lodge donations to the MBF should be made unless lodges are still chasing MBF Honorifics OR wish to become a Grand Master’s Keystone Fund Lodge (currently £25 x number of members) in which case Lodges should make their payment as per the existing procedure to the MBF Account s/c 82-12-08 a/c 60225892 a/c name “MBF” with “MBF” on the reference, and a confirmation email should be sent to charitiesfinance@mmh.org.uk also a copy to the Provincial Charity Steward charitypglmmmhantsiow@gmail.com
