In an effort to spread the word about the honourable degree of Mark Master Mason, and aid recruitment, the Provincial Executive have put together a presentation aimed at Master Masons and Past Masters who are not yet a member of the degree.
The presentation is intended to be delivered after a meeting of a Mark Lodge, with invited non-members present in the temple. The presentation is delivered by senior members of the Province and takes about half an hour, leaving ample time for a question and answer session.
The presentation has been successfully delivered several times already around the Province, under the guise of a ‘Dine a Master Mason Evening’. The nature of the presentation unfortunately restricts attendance to Master Masons and above.
Usually a festive board follows the presentation session allowing Mark Master Masons and Craft Masons to dine together, prompting further discussion and conversation about the degree.
If you do not have a candidate for your next Mark meeting, perhaps you would consider hosting such an evening and inviting those Craft Masons who are not yet a member of this friendly degree to come along and find out more.
